Blaze

Blaze is 26 and one of the oldest souls with Horse in Need. He has been used as a PRE breeding stallion all his life. His back is unfortunately not the best anymore, but he can live without pain. As he was moved to his new safe haven he instantly became friends with Mariposa. He helps her to feel comfortable and leads her way. Because of his age there is only the option for parenthood.

The Options

DO GOOD - Donation

Most of the equines are very ill, weak and thin. They need to be taken care of. The donations will exclusively go to the vet costs, food, but also building simple but secure fences and shelters for the animals.

BE A HERO - Parenthood

Some horses are not yet ready for adoption or are way too old or sick to bear any relocation. If you want to help one specific horse - through parenthood you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in his or her life.

We are a non-profit organization in the south of Andalucia, Spain. Horse in Need is about rescuing abused, neglected, disabled and otherwise unwanted horses and donkeys. We are depending on donations, parenthood and adoptions to take care of all the animals and to rescue more.
