Fleur

Fleur was bon in July 2020 and is the daughter of Xena. She is characterized by being quiet a handful, but in a fun way. She always wants to be the center of attention and playing with the other horses. Running and jumping around is her second favorite thing. Hoewever, her favorite thing is to search your bags and pockets for food and treats. So be aware or you'll find Fleur's nose in your pocket!

The Options

DO GOOD - Donation

Most of the equines are very ill, weak and thin. They need to be taken care of. The donations will exclusively go to the vet costs, food, but also building simple but secure fences and shelters for the animals.

BE A HERO - Parenthood

Some horses are not yet ready for adoption or are way too old or sick to bear any relocation. If you want to help one specific horse - through parenthood you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in his or her life.

HAVE A LIFE OF FULFILLMENT - Adoption

Take him or her home. When they are strong enough for travel you'll have the opportunity to adopt a rescued equine and have a life of fulfillment.

We are a non-profit organization in the south of Andalucia, Spain. Horse in Need is about rescuing abused, neglected, disabled and otherwise unwanted horses and donkeys. We are depending on donations, parenthood and adoptions to take care of all the animals and to rescue more.
